All orders are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply to any and all supply of products. The products displayed are sold exclusively through our website by A.S Elettromeccanica administered by Mr. Alessandro Sgrignoli and registered in the Company register whose jurisdiction is the Province of Chieti, Italy. DELIVERY - PAYMENT TERMS
Excluding exceptional cases, the products shall be delivered to client the day after receipt of payment.
When products are not available, orders will be processed once a minimum number of a given product has been dispatched to our warehouse. Should shipping exceed 7 business days, customers will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order.
VAT
All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
DAMAGED GOODS
In accordance with current Italian laws on online and distance selling, the company is not to be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense or delay to the goods to be delivered. The seller shall not be responsible for any problems occured during the transport. Thus clients may apply for a product liability insurance whose maximum coverage for damaged goods or product loss amounts to € 1032,00. However, those who do not have any insurance will only be granted partial refund for shipping costs.
CLAIMS
For any complaint related to alleged inefficiency, the buyer must contact us by clicking on our website menu.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items will be dispatched by an express courier to the address indicated in the order form. Generally, deliveries are made 9 a.m to 6 p.m on working days. In case buyers are not at home or shall not be physically present during delivery time, they must tyoe alternative address in the proper boxes when placing the order. Both payment and delivery methods you choose will determine shipping costs. However, prices are listed on the purchase contract before the final payment occurs.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once the items are shipped, AS ELETTROMECCANICA is not responsible for any problems occured during transport. We strongly recommend buyers they should check the product condition on delivery for any damage and to reject faulty goods.

INVOICE ISSUING
Electronic invoices will be issued shortly after the receipt of payment. A copy shall be sent along with the shipped goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Private Customers:
If the Customer is a private consumer (i.e., purchasing without a VAT number) and is not satisfied with the goods received, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, obtaining a refund of the expenses incurred without any penalty and without having to provide a reason.
This right may be exercised by using the "Request Withdrawal" option from the Purchase History or Order Details pages, selecting the reason "Request Withdrawal".
Business Customers (Companies and Professionals):
Please note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the simplified withdrawal procedure via the dedicated button do not apply to purchases made by companies, professionals, or sole proprietors who entered a VAT number when placing the order. In such cases, the sale shall be considered final, without prejudice to any warranty rights provided by law.
The refund will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 working days.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, perfectly intact, complete with their original packaging and any manuals, with no missing parts.
It is ESSENTIAL to cover the product's original packaging with an additional protective outer package to preserve its integrity and protect it from markings, writing, or shipping labels.
The only costs borne by the purchaser are those related to returning the product and not the original shipping costs incurred by AS ELETTROMECCANICA.
The right of withdrawal shall be forfeited in its entirety if the "essential condition of the goods' integrity" (packaging and/or its contents) is no longer met and/or if any of the following is found:
- Missing components or parts that are integral to the product;
- Use of the product that makes it impossible to restore it to the condition existing prior to the sale;
- Alterations and/or tampering with the product.
JURISDICTION
In accordance with Italian law - D. Lgs 206/ 05 art 63- any disputes arising with regard to the validity, interpretation or execution of this contract of this contract shall be governed by the local Courts of the place where the consumer is resident or domiciled, provided it is within the territory of the state.
