All orders are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply to any and all supply of products. The products displayed are sold exclusively through our website  by A.S Elettromeccanica administered by Mr. Alessandro Sgrignoli and registered in the Company register whose jurisdiction is the Province of Chieti, Italy. VAT number IT02219910694 and social security guard SGRLSN79C25E435H refer to the company and its owner. The legal address is Via Per Fossacesia 48, 66034 Lanciano.

Excluding exceptional cases, the products shall be delivered to client the day after receipt of payment.

When products are not available, orders will be processed once a minimum number of a given product has been dispatched to our warehouse. Should shipping exceed 7 business days, customers will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order.


All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

In accordance with current Italian laws on online and distance selling, the company is not to be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense or delay to the goods to be delivered. The seller shall not be responsible for any problems occured during the transport. Thus clients may apply for a product liability insurance whose maximum coverage for damaged goods or product loss amounts to € 1032,00. However, those who do not have any insurance will only be granted partial refund for shipping costs.


For any complaint related to alleged inefficiency, the buyer must contact us by clicking on our website menu. 


Items will be dispatched by an express courier to the address indicated in the order form. Generally, deliveries are made 9 a.m to 6 p.m on working days. In case buyers are not at home or shall not be physically present during delivery time, they must tyoe alternative address in the proper boxes when placing the order. Both payment and delivery methods you choose will determine shipping costs. However, prices are listed on the purchase contract before the final payment occurs. 

Once the items are shipped, AS ELETTROMECCANICA is not responsible for any problems occured  during transport. We strongly recommend buyers they should check the product condition on delivery for any damage and to reject faulty goods.

You can choose from the following options to provide payment

* Bank transfer
* PayPal
* Credit card with Payplug
* Payment on delivery (valid for l'Italy only)

Electronic invoices will be issued shortly after the receipt of payment. A copy shall be sent along with the shipped goods.

In compliance with laws on distance selling, consumers may apply within 14 days of purchase for a refund by simply returning the goods without being penalised. Once they are not fully satisfied with their purchase, they are entitled to return the product. Furthermore, they don't need to mention reasons for withdrawal. 

A registered letter with the notification stating that you wish to exercise the right to withdrawal must be sent to AS ELETTROMECCANICA - Mr Alessandro Sgrignoli via Fossacesia 48 - 66034 Lanciano CH. It would be better for both parties to send an email to [email protected] stating the above mentioned notice before the return of goods occurs.

Refunds are generally made as soon as possible and within 30 days. 
All items shall be dispatched to AS ELETTROMECCANICA di Alessandro Sgrignoli via Fossacesia 48 - 66034 Lanciano CH within 14 days of the right to withdrawal communication. 

Products must be returned in perfect conditions and sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging. Furthermore, clients must return the user guide and wrap products in proper packaging which may help protect them against knocks, bumps or stickers. Only return transport costs will be charged to customers. In some cases, buyers shall not be granted the right to cool - off the contract and they will be denied the right to withdrawal :

* once the product is not intact or once returned, it is not complete / in its full original form
* if the product has been used or applied not in compliance with the indications of the supplier, and thus permanently damaged.
* in case of any alteration that shall make the product either partially damaged or fully unusable.
In accordance with Italian law - D. Lgs 206/ 05 art 63- any disputes arising with regard to the validity, interpretation or execution of this contract of this contract shall be governed by the local Courts of the place where the consumer is resident or domiciled, provided it is within the territory of the state.
